RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

UK Returns Policy

  • We offer free UK Returns.
  • Our return policy is 14 days. We will need to be notified about your wish to  return items no later than 14 days after your delivery date.
  • If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
  • We can only offer free returns on regular priced items. For items on sale you will be expected to cover the shipping cost for the return.


International Returns Policy

  • We do not offer free International Returns. You will be asked to pay for the returns of the items and we will provide with a Return Label, using our courier business rates

  • International Customs duties and taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the UK.


How to return

  • If you wish to return your items, please email shop@isaarfen.com with your Order Number, please let us know the reason and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
  • Your are responsible for returning the item(s) within 14 days of cancelling.
  • You will receive your Return Label by email, please fix it on your parcel and drop it off at the courier drop off point.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days, depending on your bank.
  • The cost of your return (International Returns or UK Returns for Sale items) will be automatically deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges

  • We will only exchange an item for the same item in a different colour or size, subject to availability.
  • If you wish to exchange something, please follow the Returns policy and procedure.
